New Stockist : Jaks Interior Art

Logo

I just wanted to share a new stockist of some of my products.  The store is called Jak's Interior Art and specialises into reproducing images onto canvas.   More specifically putting your photos onto canvas, or you can choose some of their great designs.  I'm definitely considering having some created with my cat and my dog for the loungeroom!

Anyway, you can now find some of my cards in the store available to purchase as well as original artworks over the coming weeks.  The store is located on Subiaco Square Rd in Subiaco, so be sure to pop by and see the amazing work they create!

Here are a few photos of my cards on display in the front window (thanks Kristy!) -

Pencil in your diaries - an update approaches

Shopupdated_2

I decided to finally pencil in a store update into the diary.  I've had so many people eager for new goodies and the ability to get their hands on some new work, that I've decided to update the store with everything all at once.

Date: Wednesday 20th February
Time: 6:00pm EST time (US Eastern time = New York)
Where: My etsy shop - http://www.aussiepatches.etsy.com

Set your clocks, be sure not to miss out!  You can convert your clocks here with this handy time convertor.  If you are in Australia because of the time difference the update will be on Thursday the 21st of February.

There will be smaller original paintings & drawings, the coolest fabric brooches, pillows, dolls, new prints... and so much more!  I hope to see you there.

Another Major Shop Update

Well it's the weekend, the sun is shining and the breeze is humming.  For the first time in many months I'm having a day off to relax in the wonderful weather.  I'll see you all when I return in a few days time.

I'm very excited that more of my works from my solo exhibition have sold and will be travelling to new homes.  I feel rather mushy with love at the moment.  :)

The etsy shop has been updated with new products.  If you are eyeing something off, don't delay as most of the items are in very limited supply and won't be available again for over a month!  For those of you who are in Australia and get confused by the US currencies on the Etsy site I've also updated my Madeit store with a lot of the new products too.  Enjoy browsing.

You can visit my Etsy shop here and my Madeit shop here.  If at any stage you find it difficult to understand the currencies, the best currency converter around is http://www.xe.com

I'll see you all next week.  For those of you who are eagerly awaiting replies to e-mails, I promise I'll catch up very shortly.  I just need a day off to recuperate from the stress and exhaustion that I've endured with so much occurring these past few weeks.

So, I'll leave you with a little fact to make you think.....  It is now only 38 days until christmas!  To celebrate that I decided to whip up a little christmas cheer with my new banner.  :)  Oooh so pretty!  xox

The remainder of the works in the exhibition have been blogged about previously so I'm not going to show them all again to prevent repeating myself.  :)

For those of you who live in Perth and are interested I will have a write up in the Guardian Express newspaper next week about the exhibition.  The Guardian Express newspaper is the local paper for the Perth/Northbridge/Mt Lawley area.  I had a professional photographer come and take my photo yesterday with one of my works and I can't wait to see the article.

I do have to remark that I had two very lovely ladies that had a little beat up over this painting because both wanted to own it.  Sandy and Jane I couldn't stop laughing, all I had were people coming to me all night remarking how you almost came to fistycuffs over her!  I'm so glad you both love her, and I'm sorry that there was only one to go to a new home.  I will however work on a few more similar works for you.  Much love... xox

Now I'll continue to reveal my newest creations....

A tour of the exhibition

The first part of the exhibition is a hallway.  In the hallway I have a variety of works in various mediums on paper, wood and canvas panels.  All of the works are small and fit perfectly within the cozy space.

Just off the hallway there is a main gallery space which is a big room called "The Cracked Gallery"

Just next to the window there is a little dream bowl.  It is full of gold, glitter and vintage books pages ready to contain all the dreams and imaginations of everyone who enters.  I also have a guest book that I hope plenty of people write in because I can't be at the gallery more then a few days during the exhibition.

More up close photos to follow..... xox

Christmas Tree Ornaments

Is your tree going to look a little bare this christmas?  Does it need some cute, charmy red rosy cheeked girls to cheer it up?  LOL!  I know mine will.  So.... here I introduce my little christmas tree ornaments!  Aww.. so pretty.  :)
